Day Elopement Package
Price: POA
- Your choice of designated areas of the farm for up to 5 hours
- Ceremony (and documentation) with our chosen celebrant
- Photography package of one hour with the beautiful grounds of Mango Hill Farm at your disposal
- Romantic picnic for two, including a hamper of locally produced gourmet food, picnic rug, cushions

Overnight Elopement Package
Price: POA
Arrive for an afternoon ceremony and photographs, followed by dinner and overnight stay in romantic Dovecote Cottage.
- Accommodation for two in Dovecote Cottage, including late checkout and breakfast with freshly baked organic bread.
- Hair and makeup for the bride with complimentary lashes and lipstick touchup.
- Flowers: beautiful bouquet of roses in your chosen colour palette; boutonnière of seasonal flowers for the groom to match.
- Ceremony décor, including floral arch, registry table and two white chairs.
- Ceremony (and documentation) with our chosen celebrant;
- One hour photography package.
- Candlelight six-course dégustation dinner for two (BYO) on Dovecote Cottage veranda, cooked and served by your private chef.

- Flowers: beautiful bouquet of seasonal flowers in your chosen colour palette, with one type of foliage included; boutonnière for the groom to match.
- Ceremony décor, including floral arch, registry table and two white chairs.
- Ceremony (and documentation) with our chosen celebrant;
- One hour photography package.
- Dinner (four platters) for up to 20 guests on Mango Hill Farm’s famous Cottage Lawn, with dressed tables, wait staff and rubbish clearance included (wet weather option available).

Extended Elopement Package 2

Arrive for an afternoon ceremony and photographs, followed by dinner and overnight stay in romantic Dovecote Cottage.

- Hair and makeup for the bride with complimentary lashes and lipstick touchup.

- Five-course Dinner for up to 20 guests on Mango Hill Farm’s famous Cottage Lawn, with dressed tables, wait staff (for five hours – longer by arrangement at $30 p/h p/waiter) and rubbish clearance included (wet weather option available).

Options
- Arrive in a carriage of your choice: limousine or helicopter: POA.
- Up to 4 witnesses can be accommodated in the day package. Additional charges apply.
- You may book an extended accommodation package to accommodate family members or guests: POA.
Terms and Conditions
- All elopement package prices are for midweek, Monday to Thursday only. A weekend elopement will incur additional costs: POA.
- All our packages have been composed with the best Sunshine Coast Hinterland wedding professionals, which takes away the stress and time of our couples having to search for themselves. If you require any changes to the packages, additional charges will be incurred: POA.
- At the time of booking your elopement a 50% non-refundable deposit is required which will secure your venue and all suppliers. The remaining balance will be due four weeks prior to the wedding date.
- All legal documents for your ceremony will be taken care of by our celebrant. Please be aware you will need to provide proof of identity prior to the ceremony, failure to provide these documents will result in your ceremony being unlawful and will not proceed.
- Flowers will be sourced as stated in our packages, to the best of our ability. If there are circumstances out of our control which doesn’t allow us to supply the requested flowers, we have the right to choose an alternative, as close to the original request, without notice.
- In the case of inclement weather, we will endeavour to utilise our wet weather option. All our suppliers are available for the elopement day only, and photographs will not be taken at a later date due to the weather. The Hinterland offers an amazing backdrop for a misty day, and our photographers are experts in capturing the best, no matter the weather conditions.
- If a booking falls on a public holiday this will incur additional costs.
